Refund Policy

Payment Mode and Details:
Patients/users of Dr.D.S patient APP can pay by means of UPI, Mobile Wallet, Credits & Debits cards for registration and for other extensions of services.

Refunds & Cancellations:
Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in the future. If the bank does not credit the amount back to the customers, it would be solved according to the situation and limitations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Any withdrawal/refund request must be made by the customer within a period of 12 hours. Refunds are possible in the following cases:

A double payment, in which case a full refund will be made.
A justified withdrawal of work by the user.
Any legal issues will be under jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of [our Jurisdiction Tenali -522 201]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [our Jurisdiction Tenali A.P].
